Any condition under which the insurer is entitled to compensation if the person to whom ownership of the insured thing has been transferred or devolved elects to terminate the contract shall be void. Transfer of the Insured Thing to Another Person

يقع باطلا كل شرط يستحق المؤمن بمقتضاه تعويضا إذا اختار من انتقلت أو آلـت
إليه ملكية الشيء المؤمن عليه إنهاء العقد.
