If a co-owner disposes of a separately defined part of commonly owned property, the disposition shall have no effect as regards transfer of ownership or creation of other rights in rem unless that part falls within the disposing co-owner's allotment upon partition. إذا تصرف الشريك في جزء مفرز من المال الشائع، فلا يكون للتصرف أثر ، فيما
يتعلق بنقل الملكية أو إنشاء الحقوق العينية الأخرى ، إلا إذا وقع هـذا الجزء عند
القسمة في نصيب الشريك المتصرف.
