English translation
1 - The general assembly shall consist of all the owners. 2 - If several persons jointly own a floor or apartment, they shall be considered one owner for purposes of membership in the assembly and must appoint a representative therein. If they do not agree, the court may, at the request of one of them or of the manager of the association, appoint their representative.

١ - تتكون الجمعية العمومية من جميع الملاك.
٢ - وإذا تعدد الأشخاص الذين يملكون معا طبقة أو شقة ، فيعتبرون فيما يتعلق
بعضوية الجمعية مالكا واحدا ، وعليهم أن يوكلوا من يمثلهم فيها. فإذا لم يتفقوا،
