1 - The owners' association may separately own one or more floors or apartments and may dispose of them. 2 - The association shall have no votes in the general assembly by reason of owning some separately owned parts.

۱ - يجوز لاتحاد الملاك أن يتملك طبقة أو شقة أو أكثر ملكية مفرزة، ويكون له أن
يتصرف فيها.
٢ - ولا يكون للاتحاد بسبب ملكية بعض الأجزاء المفرزة أصوات في الجمعية
