1 - The owners may, by a majority of the shares, form an association to administer the immovable property and ensure its proper enjoyment. 2 - The owners' association shall have legal personality from the date of registration of the agreement establishing it. 3 - Registration of the owners' association shall be regulated by a decision issued by the Minister of Justice.

١ - يجوز للملاك بأغلبية الأنصبة، أن يكونوا اتحادا لإدارة العقار وضمان حسن
الانتفاع به.
٢ - ويكون لاتحاد الملاك شخصية اعتبارية من تاريخ شهر الاتفاق على تكوينه.
