English translation
If the landowner, while erecting a building on his land, has in good faith encroached upon a small part of adjoining land, the court may award him ownership of the part occupied by the building in return for fair consideration.

إذا كان مالك الأرض، وهو يقيم عليها بناء، قد جار بحسن نية على جزء يسير
من الأرض الملاصقة، جاز للمحكمة أن تحكم بتمليكه الجزء المشغول بالبناء نظير
