Article 928 of Civil Code

1 - A possessor of immovable property whose possession has continued for three years and who fears, on reasonable grounds, interference resulting from new works threatening his possession may, within the three years following commencement of those works, bring an action to halt them so long as they have not been completed. 2 - The court may order that the works not continue or permit their continuation, and may in either case order the provision of sufficient security to guarantee any damage that may occur as a result of enforcement of a judgment.
