English translation
From the time he becomes in bad faith, the possessor shall be liable for the benefit he obtained and the fruits he received or neglected to receive, and he may recover what he spent in producing the fruits.

يكون الحائز مسئولا من وقت أن يصبح سيئ النية عن المنفعة التي حصل عليها
والثمار التي قبضها أو التي قصر في قبضها، ويجوز له أن يسترد ما أنفقه في إنتاج
