English translation
The owner to whom his property is restored shall pay the possessor who received possession from another the expenses that this possessor paid to his predecessor, within the limits of the owner's obligation under the preceding article.

على المالك الذي يرد إليه ملكه أن يؤدي للحائز الذي تلقى الحيازة من غيره ما
أداه هذا الحائز إلى سلفه من مصروفات وذلك في حدود ما يلتزم به المالك وفقا
