Article 929 of Civil Code

1 - The possessor of a thing is entitled to the fruits he collects and the benefit he obtains so long as he is in good Index of the Law 1065 Home Page faith. 2 - Natural or cultivated fruits are deemed collected on the day of their severance, whereas civil fruits are deemed collected day by day, and obtaining a benefit is equivalent to collecting civil fruits.
