The owner of the dominant property may carry out the works necessary to exercise and preserve his right. He shall exercise that right in the manner causing the least possible damage to the servient property.

لمالك العقار المرتفق أن يجري الأعمال الضرورية لاستعمال حقه، والمحافظة عليه.
وعليه أن يستعمل هذا الحق على الوجه الذي لا ينشأ عنه إلا أقل ضرر ممكن للعقار
