If new needs of the dominant property arise that would increase the burden of the easement, the judge may, after balancing the interests of both parties, order the modification of the easement as required by the necessity of meeting the increase, in return for fair compensation.

إذا جد من حاجات العقار المرتفق ما من شأنه زيادة عبء الارتفاق، جاز للقاضي
بعد الموازنة بين مصلحة الطرفين أن يقضي بتعديل الارتفاق بما تقتضيه ضرورة
