1 - If the dominant property is subdivided, the easement shall remain due to each part thereof, provided that this does not increase the burden on the servient property. 2 - However, if the easement benefits only one of these parts, the owner of the servient property may request termination of the easement in respect of the other parts.

١ - إذا جزئ العقار المرتفق، بقي الارتفاق مستحقا لكل جزء منه، على ألا يزيد
ذلك في العبء الواقع على العقار المرتفق به.
٢ - غير أنه إذا كان حق الارتفاق لا يفيد إلا جزءا من هذه الأجزاء، فلمالك العقار
