Article 966 of Civil Code

1 - If the servient property is subdivided, the easement shall remain imposed on each part thereof. 2 - However, if the easement is not exercised over some of these parts and cannot be exercised over them, the owner of each such part may request the termination of the easement over the part that he owns.
