Easements shall terminate upon expiry of the specified term, upon total destruction of the servient property or the dominant property, and upon ownership of both properties vesting in one person. However, if that unity of ownership ceases, the easement shall revive.

تنتهي حقوق الارتفاق بانقضاء الأجل المعين، وبهلاك العقار المرتفـق بـه أو العقار
المرتفق هلاكا تاما، وباجتماع ملكية العقارين لشخص واحد إلا أنه إذا زالت حالة
