Article 968 of Civil Code

1 - In the event of denial, an action asserting an easement shall not be heard if it has not been exercised for fifteen years, unless the easement is established for the benefit of immovable property owned by the State or a waqf entity. - If the dominant property is owned by several co-owners in common, the exercise of the easement by one of them interrupts the period barring the hearing of the action for the benefit of the others, and suspension of the period for the benefit of one co-owner also suspends it for the benefit of the others.
