The mortgagor shall warrant the integrity of the mortgage. The mortgage creditor may object to any act that would substantially diminish his security and, in urgent cases, may take the necessary protective measures at the mortgagor's expense.

يلتزم الراهن بضمان سلامة الرهن، وللدائن المرتهن أن يعترض على كل عمل يكون
من شأنه إنقاص ضمانه إنقاصا كبيرا ، وله في حالة الاستعجال أن يتخذ على نفقة
