English translation
The committee shall submit to the Speaker of the Assembly a report on every subject referred to it, summarizing its work and stating its recommendations, within three weeks of referral of the subject to it, unless the Assembly decides otherwise. If it is decided to delay submission of the report on one subject beyond its specified deadline, the Speaker shall present the matter to the Assembly at the first following sitting. The Assembly may grant the committee a new deadline or refer the subject to another committee, and may also decide to determine the subject directly.

تقدم اللجنة إلى رئيس المجلس تقريرًا عن كل موضوع يحال إليها يلخص عملها
ويبين توصياتها، وذلك في خلال ثلاثة أسابيع من إحالة الموضوع إليها، ما لم يقرر
المجلس غير ذلك، وإذا تقرر تأخير تقديم التقرير في الموعد المحدد لـه عـن مـوضـوع
واحد عرض رئيس المجلس الأمر على المجلس في أول جلسة تالية، وللمجلس أن
يمنح اللجنة أجلاً جديدًا أو يحيل الموضوع إلى لجنة أخرى، كما يجوز له أن يقرر
