English translation
Committees participating in the examination of one subject may hold a joint meeting with the approval of the Speaker of the Assembly. In this case, the chairmanship and the office of rapporteur shall be held by the oldest of the chairmen and rapporteurs. For the joint meeting to be valid, at least a majority of the members of each committee separately must attend. Decisions shall be valid only with the approval of a majority of the members present.

للجان التي تشترك في بحث موضوع واحد أن تعقد اجتماعًا مشتركا بينها بموافقة
رئيس المجلس، وفي هذه الحالة تكون الرئاسة ومنصب المقرر لأكبر الرؤساء
والمقررين سنا.
ويجب لصحة الاجتماع المشترك حضور أغلبية أعضاء كل لجنة على حدة على الأقل.
