English translation
Committee meetings shall be secret. Minutes shall be drawn up for each meeting, summarizing the discussions and recording opinions, and shall be signed by the chair and the secretary. Every member of the Assembly may attend meetings of committees of which he is not a member, subject to the committee’s approval, provided that he does not intervene in the discussion or make any observation. Every member of the Assembly may inspect the minutes of committees.

جلسات اللجان سرية، ويحرر محضر لكل جلسة تلخص فيه المناقشات وتدون
الآراء ويوقعه الرئيس والسكرتير.
ولكل عضو من أعضاء المجلس حضور جلسات اللجان التي ليس عضوا فيها
بشرط موافقة اللجنة على ذلك، على ألا يتدخل في المناقشة ولا يبدي أية ملاحظة.
