English translation
The Assembly may, upon a proposal by the Speaker, the Government or the competent committee, or upon a written request submitted by at least five members, set a time for concluding debate on a matter and putting it to a vote, or for closing the debate. Closure of the debate is conditional upon at least two supporters and two opponents having previously been granted the floor.

للمجلس بناءً على اقتراح الرئيس، أو الحكومة، أو اللجنة المختصة، أو بناء على طلب
كتابي مقدم من خمسة أعضاء على الأقل أن يحدد وقتًا للانتهاء من مناقشة أحد
الموضوعات وأخذ الرأي فيه أو إقفال باب المناقشة، ويشترط لقفل باب المناقشة
أن يكون قد سبق الإذن بالكلام لاثنين من المؤيدين واثنين من المعارضين على
