English translation
A speaker may not use improper expressions or expressions that impair the dignity of persons or bodies or harm the supreme interests of the country, or commit an act disturbing order. If a member commits any such act, the Speaker shall call their attention to it. In the event of disagreement, the Assembly shall decide the matter without discussion.

لا يجوز للمتكلم استعمال عبارات غير لائقة أو فيها مساس بكرامة الأشخاص أو
الهيئات أو إضرار بالمصلحة العليا للبلاد أو أن يأتي أمرًا مخلاً بالنظام، فإذا ارتكب
العضو شيئًا من ذلك لفت الرئيس نظره، وعند الخلاف يفصل المجلس في الأمر
