English translation
If order is disrupted and the Speaker is unable to restore it, he shall announce his intention to suspend the sitting. If order is not restored, he may suspend it for a period not exceeding half an hour. If the disruption continues after the sitting resumes, the Speaker may adjourn the meeting.

إذا اختل النظام ولم يتمكن الرئيس من إعادته أعلن عزمه على وقف الجلسة فإن
لم يعد النظام جاز له وقفها لمدة لا تزيد على نصف ساعة، فإذا استمر الإخلال
