If the Speaker calls a speaker to order twice in one sitting and he then repeats conduct warranting a call to order in the same sitting, the Speaker may propose to the Assembly that he be barred from speaking on the same subject for the remainder of the sitting. The Assembly's decision on this shall be issued without discussion.

إذا لفت الرئيس نظر المتكلم مرتين في جلسة واحدة ثم عاد إلى ما يوجب لفت نظره
في الجلسة ذاتها فللرئيس أن يعرض على المجلس منعه من الكلام في ذات الموضوع
