English translation
If the original of an official document exists, its official copy, whether handwritten or photographic, shall have evidentiary force to the extent that it conforms to the original. The copy shall be deemed to conform to the original. If any interested party disputes this, the copy must be checked against the original.

إذا كان أصل الورقة الرسمية موجودا فان صورته الرسمية خطية كانت او فوتوغرافية
تكون حجة بالقدر الذي تكون فيه مطابقة للأصل.
وتعتبر الصورة مطابقة للأصل، فاذا نازع في ذلك أحد ذوي الشأن وجب مراجعة
