The handwriting, signature, seal, or fingerprint that has been denied shall be compared with the handwriting, signature, seal, or fingerprint established as belonging to the person against whom the document requiring verification constitutes evidence. Where the litigants do not agree, only the following shall be admissible for comparison: a- The handwriting, signature, seal, or fingerprint placed on official documents. b- The portion of the document requiring verification whose authenticity the litigant acknowledges. c- His handwriting or signature which he writes before the court, or the fingerprint which he affixes before it. (1) Article 31 If the entire instrument is adjudged authentic, the person who denied it shall be sentenced to a fine of not less than two hundred and fifty dinars and not more than five hundred dinars. تكون مضاهاة الخط ، او الامضاء، او الختم ، او بصمة الاصبع الذي حصل انكاره
على ما هو ثابت لمن تشهد عليه الورقة المقتضى تحقيقها من خط او امضاء او ختم
او بصمة إصبع.
ولا يقبل للمضاهاة في حالة عدم اتفاق الخصوم الا ما يأتي:
أ- الخط، او الامضاء، او الختم، او بصمة الاصبع الموضوع على اوراق رسمية.
ب - الجزء الذي يعترف الخصم بصحته من الورقة المقتضى تحقيقا.
ج - خطه او امضاؤه الذي يكتبه امام المحكمة او البصمة التي يطبعها امامها.

إذا حكم بصحة كل المحرر فيحكم على من أنكره بغرامة لا تقل عن مائتين وخمسين
