English translation
If, when adjudicating the merits of the action, it becomes apparent that a witness has testified falsely, the court shall draw up a record thereof and send it to the Public Prosecution to take the necessary criminal proceedings.

إذا اتضح عند الحكم في موضوع الدعوى ان الشاهد شهد زورا تحرر المحكمة محضرا
