English translation
The witness's answer shall be entered in the record, then read out to him, and he shall sign it after correcting whatever he considers necessary to correct therein. If he refuses to sign, that fact and the reason for it shall be stated in the record.

تثبت اجابة الشاهد في المحضر ثم تتلى عليه ويوقع عليها بعد تصحيح ما يرى
