The Public Prosecution shall conduct criminal proceedings by requesting the imposition of punishment on persons accused of felonies, in accordance with the procedures and conditions provided for in this Law. Investigators shall conduct criminal proceedings by requesting the imposition of punishment on persons accused of misdemeanours that they investigated and disposed of pursuant to Article Nine. )2(

بالجنايــات وفقــا للإجــراءات وطبقــا لــلشروط المنصــوص عليــه في هــذا القانــون. ويتولى
المحققــون مبــاشرة الدعــوى الجزائيــة بطلــب توقيــع العقوبــة على المتهــمين في الجنــح التــي
