English translation
The court may, at any time after the announcement concerning the fugitive accused, issue an order attaching part of his property and appointing a custodian over the attached property. It shall select the custodian from among the accused's trustworthy relatives, public officials or other trustworthy persons.

للمحكمة، في أي وقت بعد الإعلان عن المتهم الهارب، أن تصدر أمرا بالحجز على
جزء من ماله وتعيين حارس على المال المحجوز، وتختار الحارس من أقارب المتهم
