English translation
The criminal court competent to hear the action may, in the event of the accused's flight, order the announcement of his flight. The announcement shall be published in the Official Gazette and posted in prominent places in the locality where he resides, in a prominent place at his residence or workplace, and in any other place where its publication is considered appropriate.

للمحكمة الجزائية المختصة بنظر الدعوى، في حالة هرب المتهم، ان تأمر بإعلان
هربه. وينشر الاعلان في الجريدة الرسمية، ويلصق في امكنة بارزة في الجهة التي
