English translation
Courts shall determine actions brought before them by the Public Prosecution or the investigator. Courts may not hear an action that has not been brought before them by the aforementioned legal route, except in the exceptional cases provided for by law.

تفصــل المحاكــم في الدعــاوي التــي ترفــع إليهــا مــن النيابــة العامــة أو المحقــق. ولا يجــوز
للمحاكــم أن تنظــر دعــوى لم ترفــع إليهــا بالطريــق القانــوني المشــار إليــه إلا في الأحــوال
