English translation
If one of the judiciary conducts certain investigative procedures and records them in the minutes, and another judge then succeeds him, the successor may base his judgment on the procedures conducted by his predecessor. The successor may, on his own initiative or at the request of a party, repeat all or some of those procedures.

إذا قام أحد القضاء ببعض إجراءات التحقيق ودونها في المحضر، ثم خلفـه قـاض
آخر، فإن للخلف أن يعتمد في حكمه على الإجراءات التي قام بها سلفه. وللخلف،
من تلقاء نفسه أو بناء على طلب أحد الخصوم، أن يعيد كل هذه الإجراءات أو
