English translation
If the accused admits at any time that he is guilty, the court shall hear his statements in detail and question him concerning them. If it is satisfied that the confession is true and considers that no other evidence is needed, it may dispense with all or some of the other investigative procedures and decide the case. It may complete the investigation if it finds reason to do so.

إذا اعترف المتهم في أي وقت بأنه مذنب، فعلى المحكمة أن تسمع أقواله تفصيلا
وتناقشه فيها. وإذا اطمأنت إلى أن الاعتراف صحيح، ورأت أنه لا حاجة إلى أدلة
أخرى، فلها أن تستغني عن كل إجراءات التحقيق الأخرى أو بعضها، وأن تفصل
