English translation
The court shall put the charge to the accused by reading it to him and explaining it to him. He shall then be asked whether he is guilty or not, while his attention is drawn to the fact that he is not obliged to speak or answer and that his statements may constitute evidence against him.

توجه المحكمة التهمة إلى المتهم بقراءتها عليه وتوضيحها له. ثم يسأل عما إذا كان
مذنبا أم لا، مع توجيه نظره إلى أنه غير ملزم بالكلام أو الإجابة وان أقواله قد تكون
