English translation
The judgment must contain the reasons on which it is based; otherwise, it shall be void. Law Index 202 Home Page Criminal Procedure and Trials Law Law No. 17 of 1960 Promulgating the Criminal Procedure and Trials Law The judgment shall include a statement of the court that rendered it, the date and place of its issuance, the judges who participated in the judgment, the parties, the offence forming the subject of the case, the text of the requests, defence, or pleas submitted by the parties, a summary of the factual evidence and legal arguments on which they relied, and the stages of the proceedings. The reasons for the judgment and its operative part shall then be stated. The draft judgment containing its operative part and reasons shall be retained in the file, and no copies thereof shall be provided. However, the parties may inspect it until the original copy of the judgment is completed.

يجب ان يكون الحكم مشتملا على الأسباب التي بني عليها، وإلا كان باطلا .
ويتضمن الحكم بيانا عن المحكمة التي أصدرته، وتاريخ إصداره ومكانه، والقضاة
الذين اشتركوا في الحكم، والخصوم، والجريمة موضوع الدعوى، ونص ما قدمه
الخصوم من طلبات أو دفاع أو دفوع، وخلاصة ما استندوا إليه من الأدلة الواقعية
والحجج القانونية، ومراحل الدعوى. ثم تذكر بعد ذلك أسباب الحكم ومنطوقه.
وتحفظ مسودة الحكم المشتملة على منطوقة وأسبابه بالملف، ولا تعطي منها صور.
