English translation
The provisions of the Civil and Commercial Procedure Law shall apply to cases in which the judge is disqualified from hearing the case, to cases in which the judge may be challenged, and to the procedures followed in challenging him.

تسري أحكام قانون المرافعات المدنية والتجارية في الأحوال التي يكون فيها القاضي
غير صالح لنظر الدعوى، وفي الأحوال التي يجوز فيها رد القاضي وفي الإجراءات
