English translation
The presiding judge and the clerk of the hearing shall sign the original copy of the judgment containing the facts of the case, the grounds and the operative part, and it shall be kept in the case file, within three days of depositing the draft.

يوقع رئيس الجلسة وكاتبها على نسخة الحكم الأصلية المشتملة على وقائع الدعوى
والأسباب والمنطوق، وتحفظ في ملف الدعوى، وذلك في ظرف ثلاثة أيام من إيداع
