English translation
The court rendering a judgment on the merits shall decide the parties' applications relating to the seized objects. It may refer the dispute concerning them to the competent civil court if it finds this necessary. The court may dispose of the seized objects by a separate decision during the hearing of the case. Disposal of the seized objects shall be by an order delivering them to a specified person, whether or not a party to the case, confiscating them for the account of the Government, or destroying them.

يجب على المحكمة التي تصدر حكما في الموضوع ان تفصل في طلبات الخصوم المعلقة
بالأشياء المضبوطة، ولها ان تحيل النزاع بشأنها على المحكمة المدنية المختصة إذا وجدت
ضرورة لذلك. ويجوز للمحكمة ان تتصرف في المضبوطات بقرار مستقل أثناء نظر
الدعوى.
والتصرف في المضبوطات يكون بالأمر بتسليمها لشخص معين، سواء كان طرفا في
الدعوى أو لا، أو بمصادرتها لحساب الحكومة أو بإتلافها.Ask about this article
