Article 179 of Code of Criminal Procedure and Trials

An official copy of every judgment issued shall be provided to each of the accused and the prosecutor without fees. The copy shall be delivered to the litigants personally and formally served upon those whom the court orders to be served. Any interested person may request delivery of an official copy of the judgment or the hearing record, after payment of the prescribed fee. The president of the court that issued the judgment shall decide the request, and that president may exempt the applicant from payment of the fee if he considers there is justification for doing so.
