English translation
If confiscation of a seized item is ordered by judgment, it shall become the property of the State. The court, the Chief of Police and Public Security, or the Public Prosecutor may order the destruction of confiscated items, their sale by auction or negotiated sale, or their delivery to a government entity for use within the limits of the laws. Their destruction shall be mandatory if stipulated in the judgment. Pardon and Settlement

إذا حكــم بمصــادرة شيء مضبــوط أصبــح ملــكا للدولــة، ويجــوز للمحكمــة أو لرئيــس
الشرطــة والأمــن العــام أو للنائــب العــام أن يأمــر بــإتلاف الأشــياء المصــادرة، أو بيعهــا
بالمــزاد أو بالممارســة، أو تســليمها إلى إحــدى الجهــات الحكوميــة للانتفــاع بهــا في حــدود
