English translation
The criminal effects of every judgment imposing a penalty shall remain in force until the convicted person is rehabilitated by operation of law or by judicial judgment. Statutory or judicial rehabilitation shall result in the erasure of the conviction for the future and the removal of all criminal effects arising therefrom, but shall have no effect on the rights of third parties.

كل حكم بعقوبة تظل آثاره الجنائية قائمة إلى ان يسترد المحكوم عليه اعتباره بحكم
القانون أو بحكم قضائي.
يترتب على رد الاعتبار القانوني أو القضائي محو الحكم بالإدانة بالنسبة إلى المستقبل
وزوال كل ما يترتب عليه من آثار جنائية، ولكن لا إثر له في حقوق الغير.Ask about this article
