English translation
If there are multiple victims of an offence, and a pardon or settlement is issued by some of them, it shall have no effects unless the others approve it, or unless the court approves it despite their objection if it becomes apparent to the court that the objection is abusive.

إذا تعدد المجني عليهم في جريمة، وصدر العفو أو الصلح عن بعضهم، فلا يكون
له آثار إلا إذا اقره الباقون، أو إذا أقرته المحكمة رغم معارضتهم إذا تبين لها أنها
