English translation
The Juvenile Court may—except in offences punishable by death or life imprisonment—instead of imposing the penalties prescribed in the preceding Article, and in offences for which imprisonment is permissible, sentence the juvenile to one of the measures prescribed in items 4, 5, and 6 of Article 5 of this Law.

يجوز لمحكمة الأحداث - فيما عدا الجرائم التي تكون عقوبتها الإعدام أو الحبس
المؤبد - بدلاً من توقيع العقوبات المنصوص عليها في المادة السابقة وفي الجرائم
