English translation
The juvenile or the person responsible for his care shall have the right to retain a lawyer to defend him at the investigation and trial stages. If no lawyer is retained to defend him, the Public Prosecution or the court must appoint a lawyer for him to perform this task. للحدث أو لمتولي رعايته الحق في أن يوكل محاميًا للدفاع عنه في مرحلتي التحقيق
والمحاكمة.
وإذا لم يتم توكيل محامي للدفاع عنه وجب على النيابة أو المحكمة أن تنتدب له
محامياً يقوم بهذه المهمة.
