Article 5 of Juveniles Law

If a juvenile who has attained seven years of age but has not attained fifteen commits an offense, one of the following measures shall be imposed upon him: 1 - Handover. 2 - Placement in vocational training. 3 - Compliance with specified obligations. 4 - Judicial probation. 5 - Placement in a social care institution. 6 - Placement in a specialized treatment hospital. No penalty or measure provided for in another law shall be imposed on this juvenile, except for ancillary penalties imposed upon him. If he has not attained seven years of age, only the measure of handover or placement in a specialized treatment hospital or social institution shall be taken in respect of him, as the case may be.
