English translation
Public order in the preceding Article means the provisions of Islamic Sharia in the following cases. a- Marriage to persons permanently or temporarily prohibited in marriage. b- Establishment of irrevocable divorce. c- Annulment of marriage. d- Charitable endowments and bequests. e- Actions concerning lineage and correction of names. f- Actions concerning persons lacking capacity or having diminished capacity, absentees, and missing persons. In these cases, the Public Prosecution shall have the same rights as the litigants.

المراد بالنظام العام في المادة السابقة احكام الشريعة الاسلامية في الاحوال الآتية.
أ- الزواج بالمحرمات حرمة مؤبدة او مؤقتة.
ب- اثبات الطلاق البائن.
ج- فسخ الزواج.
د- الاوقاف والوصايا الخيرية .
هـ- دعاوى النسب ، وتصحيح الاسماء.
و- الدعاوي الخاصة بفاقدي الاهلية وناقصيها ، والغائبين ، والمفقودين.
ويكون للنيابة في هذه الاحوال ما للخصوم من حقوق .Ask about this article
