The Public Prosecution shall, upon its request, be granted a period of at least fifteen days from the date the case file is sent to it to submit a memorandum of its submissions. The Public Prosecution shall have the right to challenge the judgment even if it has not intervened. Chapter Two Miscellaneous Provisions
