English translation
In all cases in which the law provides for intervention by the Public Prosecution, the court registry must notify the Public Prosecution in writing as soon as the action is registered. If, during the hearing of the action, an issue arises in which the Public Prosecution intervenes, it shall be notified pursuant to an order of the court.
