a - The Public Prosecution is considered represented in the action once it submits a memorandum stating its opinion therein, and its attendance is not required unless the court considers it necessary. b - In all cases, the Public Prosecution's attendance is not required when judgment is pronounced.

أ- تعتبر النيابة العامة ممثلة في الدعوى متى قدمت مذكرة برأيها فيها ، ولا يتعين
حضورها الا إذا رأت المحكمة ذلك.
